Processing & Delivery

Orders typically go out within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped out, expect it in 2-7 business days. Need it sooner? Expedited service is available at checkout!

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, restocks, holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume order periods.

Presale Orders

Items purchased during a presale are subject to the estimated production and shipping timelines provided on the product page. Typically 1-3 weeks.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website and are subject to change at any time.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost & Found is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your order has been stolen, please contact the carrier directly. If your order has been seized/lost in transit, please reach out to us at kianney@lostandfoundathleisure.com so we can sort it out!

If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. In some countries and regions, you may be liable to pay additional Customs/Duties and Taxes so please check with your local customs office.
