Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated.
Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, restocks, holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume order periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Presale Orders
Items purchased during a presale are subject to the estimated production and shipping timelines provided on the product page.
If your order contains both presale and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
Please note that presale timelines are estimates and may be subject to minor production or shipping delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website and are subject to change at any time.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Lost & Found is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost & Found is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on location and customs processing.
