Refund policy

Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.

To request an exchange, please contact me at kianney@lostandfoundathleisure.com with your order number.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after being processed.

Store Credit

Store credit may be offered in place of a refund and can be used toward any future purchase. Store credit does not expire.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kianney@lostandfoundathleisure.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, all bralettes and intimate apparel must be tried on over undergarments and returned in original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our hygiene standards.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email kianney@lostandfoundathleisure.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
  • The reason for your return
